Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Defective/Damaged Goods: Returns are accepted within 24 hours if items are defective, spilled, or have a broken seal.

Perishable Goods: Daily fresh items (fruits, vegetables, meat) must be reported within 1 hour of delivery for returns.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled until they enter the "processing" or "picked" stage.

Refunds: Valid returns will be refunded via a voucher or to the original payment method, at our discretion
